How it works: tables are your guests divided by seats per table, rounded up. If the quote has a minimum number of tables or a minimum spend and you're below it, you pay the minimum. Service charge and tax are then added, tax on the price plus service charge. Resorts don't all apply charges the same way, so ask how your bill is worked out.
